#whywerun - Luke Jones

We were lucky enough to have Luke ( @instalukejones) get in touch with us and share his ‘why’.

Luke lives a life where his Dad has previously had cancer and both his Cousin and Mum are fighting their own forms of it today. Unfortunately, this horrible disease doesn’t only effect those with it, but also everyone around them. In having to do deal with this, Luke has found a strong motivation to become a healthier and stronger version of himself by keeping active and vastly improving his diet. Combining his passion for running and triathlon, Luke has completed many events in support of the not for profit, Lifehouse foundation. We’re right behind you Luke and appreciate this is only a fraction of your story..
